What got me through 2016:
– Giving up. (Sometimes you have to give up to release an energy blockage 🙂 ).
– New methods of releasing negative energy/anger e.g. laughing, training, sleep.
My word for 2017:
Fucken FIERCE as fuck.
- 1000 likes on law of attraction fb page. Starting 2017 at 55 likes.

- Go on an Abraham cruise.

It is well to be up before daybreak, for such habits contribute to health, wealth, and wisdom.
I like getting up early.
When you get up early the world is quiet, the world is calm.
When you get up early, the world is.. your world.
Lately I’ve been getting up around 4:30-5:00 am, starting my morning meditation and then getting straight into my creative work.
I feel more fresh and creative in the morning.
I am definitely a morning person.
If you have a dream, a business or something else you want to work on I highly suggest getting up early one day and working on it to see if you prefer the advantages of the early morning.
The early morning is quiet, distraction free, all your friends and family are asleep and it’s dark outside, leaving you and your creations to intertwine peacefully and privately 🙂 .
You will be amazed at the level of accuracy, creativity and freedom you can emit early in the morning, before you go off to your job, get tired, come home and can’t be fucked to do anything.
